Artifact #1
Element 2.3
For this element I chose to make a collage of the Rugby team in action and also a Program from the Northeast Regional Playoffs, which the team got to travel to Dartmouth College to compete. These playoff games included schools such as Dartmouth, Brown University, Boston University, West Point, Princeton, Harvard, SUNY Brockport and SUNY Cortland. Playing in this tournament was a great experiance because the team had a chance to see a different University as well as meet other rugby players. These artifacts represent element 2.3 because it shows that I can understand and demonstrate skillful movements in a sport that is not very common. Learning and teaching different sports/activities is very importatnt because it gives the learners a chance to broaden their horizons and possibly find a new niche.
